The Challenge

The client wanted a landmark headquarters that reflected their corporate brand while accommodating 400 employees across five floors. The site's high water table required extensive dewatering during excavation, and the aggressive schedule demanded fast-tracked structural steel and MEP coordination.

The Solution

We broke the project into four phases with overlapping trades — steel erection began while foundation work was still underway on the opposite wing. A centralized BIM model coordinated all MEP systems through congested ceiling plenums. Curtain wall installation was optimized with prefabricated panelized units.

The Result

The completed headquarters features a five-story glass atrium, a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, a fitness center, and a full-service cafeteria. The building achieved LEED Gold certification with a 30% reduction in energy use through a geothermal HVAC system and solar array.
