When do materials get ordered?
Immediately after contract signing. We factor lead times into the master schedule so materials arrive exactly when needed — no costly delays waiting for supplies.
How will I know what's happening on site?
You'll receive weekly progress reports every Friday with photos, completed milestones, next-week goals, and any schedule updates. Your dedicated project manager is on site daily and available by phone or email.
What if there's a delay?
We proactively communicate any schedule impacts the moment they arise and present mitigation solutions immediately. Our scheduling buffers are built in to absorb minor delays without affecting your completion date.
What if I find something I don't like?
We create a detailed punch list and address every item before final close-out. No job is complete until you are fully satisfied with every detail.
Can I bring in a third-party inspector?
Absolutely. Third-party inspections are welcome and encouraged. We stand behind our work and welcome any additional pair of eyes.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a full warranty on all workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you with full documentation. We stand behind every project long after completion.
What happens after I move in?
