Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, loading, and unloading materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks as directed
- Operate construction equipment and tools under supervision
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- OSHA safety certification is a plus
