Support office operations with scheduling, client communications, and documentation. Strong organizational and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client correspondence
  • Maintain and organize project files and documentation
  • Assist with preparing reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
